Kitchen Team:

• Experienced Cook/Chef (6-month full-time contract)

• Our ideal candidate will be:

• Assisting with prep and service in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment with confidence in working across multiple sections.

• Someone who can work clean, communicate clearly, and keep their cool, following directions with precision (no egos here – respect and teamwork are key).
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Keeping calm under pressure and bringing positive energy to the team.

• Eligibility:

• Minimum of Cert III in Commercial Cookery.

• Must be available to work weekends (rostered Thursday to Monday).
• Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain).

This is a 6-month full-time contract with the possibility of ongoing work for the right person, depending on business needs.

Front of House Team:

• Barista:

• Passionate about specialty coffee. We proudly use a locally roasted, award-winning blend and often trial exciting new products.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a very fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, customer-focused, and eager to grow your skills.

• All-Rounders:

• Greet and seat customers while delivering top-tier service during cafe and function hours.

• Take orders, operate tills efficiently, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house at all times.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
