About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Bassendean site on a full time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Receive customer enquiries and respond with quotes for work


• Project Manage jobs received in scope with the customer's order or contract in line with Hofmann Engineering guidelines


• Purchase materials and services required for the projects you manage, negotiating with suppliers for the best possible price


• Prepare detailed scopes of work and issue job instructions in accordance with Hofmann Engineering guidelines


• Ensure the Safety Standards are adhered to and that safety is a prime consideration in planning work scopes.


• Monitor progress of all jobs you are managing with internal and external stakeholders


• Maintain job files

What do you bring?

  • Experience in estimating, planning, material sourcing and managing the manufacture of large, low volume specialist components and equipment.
  • Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Requirements Planning system will be highly regarded.
  • Formal Engineering related qualification preferred
  • The ability to liaise effectively with customers, vendors and team members is essential
