What you'll be doing:

  • Liaising with owners and tenants, managing enquiries, compliance, and maintenance requests

  • Assisting with outgoing budgets, operating costs, and EOFY reconciliations

  • Managing lease renewals, option renewals, assignments, and rent reviews

  • Scheduling and conducting property inspections

  • Effectively managing rental and outgoings arrears

  • Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections and meeting contractors on-site as required

You'll be supported with dedicated administration, leasing team and accounts assistance, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering results.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing property portfolios

  • Strong knowledge of commercial leases

  • Experience with outgoing budgets & EOFY reconciliations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Current Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain – 5-day course provided if required)

  • Proficient computer skills (Cirrus8 experience is advantageous but not essential)

  • Highly organised, solution-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Professional, approachable, and a true team player
