Our client a leading Canberra based business with a wonderful history and a number of successful sites. We are currently sourcing a committed and resourceful individual to join their team as a Service advisor.

The role:

On offer is a well experienced and details focussed Service Advisor for a successful high end/luxury automotive service department.

You need to share a passion for quality cars and be focussed on satisfying the requirements and building relationships of the customers through your remarkable service and aftersales support.

Your core duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for delivering a high quality service for all customers
  • Accountable for customer-satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain excellent service levels with both new and existing customers.
  • Working with team members and other departments to ensure that service levels are maintained
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous Service advisor experience in a dealership
  • Exceptionally strong qualities in driving customer satisfaction through high quality customer service.
  • Computer literacy with experience in Automotive DMS systems
  • Remarkable customer service skills
  • Outstanding and professional personal presentation
  • Manual driver's licence is mandatory

  • You have proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Disciplined with remarkable organisational skills to meet targets and purpose.
  • Effective and efficient use of time to ensure a productive workflow.
