About the Role:
Are you passionate about recruitment and want to make a real impact across a growing, national business? We're looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our Human Resources team. You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment support across all Australian branches, helping us find the right talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Australia and New Zealand
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage internal approval processes
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the candidate pipeline
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and partners
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Support the HR team in refining and improving recruitment processes
- Assist with HR reporting and contribute to broader HR initiatives and business plans
About You:
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple recruitment activities while maintaining attention to detail. You're also a strong communicator who builds great relationships and keeps candidate and stakeholder experience top of mind.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive for delivering high-quality service
- Ability to interpret recruitment legislation, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities while staying calm under pressure
