The Opportunity

We're seeking out-of-trade apprentices 3rd & 4th years to join a highly regarded host business located in Adelaide's Western Suburbs.

Whether you're looking to return and complete your apprenticeship or want a change of work environment, this is a great chance to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.

This is a full-time position (minimum 38 hours/week) paid under the relevant award.

What You'll Learn and Do

You'll gain practical skills in:

• Routine servicing and maintenance (e.g. oil changes, battery checks)
• Diagnostics and repairs of engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems
• Tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and safety checks
• Working to industry standards and following workshop procedures
• Using tools and diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues

We're Looking For

Applicants who:

• 3rd &4th year apprentice
• Are genuinely passionate about mechanics and working with vehicles
• Are physically fit, reliable, and have good attention to detail
• Can pass a drug and alcohol screening and obtain a police clearance
• Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport
• Are committed to completing or continuing their apprenticeship
