**The Opportunity**:
Our client **BOC**, based in **Torrensville**, is a leading global gases and engineering company that supply gasses and equipment to many sectors including heavy industry and medical environments.

As an Mechanical Fitter Apprentice, you will be working in both the workshop and at customer sites, installing gas pipes, servicing, and installing food preparation/freezer equipment, servicing BOC owned and customer owned gas equipment, and conducting customer gas purges and rebuilding.

Overall, you will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of BOC, ranging from pipeline construction to the utilisation of gas-owned equipment by end users. There is quite a bit of local travel, so a vehicle licence is essential.

Undertaking this **four-year apprenticeship** will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Mechanical Fitter and you will earn your **MEM30219 Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade**.
