We are looking to welcome a Senior Mathematics Teacher (Methods and Specialist Maths) to join our team starting in 2026. This is a full time, permanent position.

About You:
As a passionate educator, you bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a commitment to student development. This includes:
- Demonstrated teaching experience in secondary mathematics (specifically Maths Methods with the ability to extend this to Specialist Maths)
- Proven ability to foster engaging, encouraging and inclusive classroom learning experiences that support academic performance and wellbeing for all students
- Modelling, fostering and promoting excellence in teaching practices including interpreting student performance data
- Experience in working collaboratively with colleagues to develop teaching pedagogy
- Building positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the wider Iona College community
- Exemplary professional conduct
- Commitment to supporting the values of Catholic education
- Queensland Teachers Registration (QCT) or eligibility to apply.
