Venue Manager
to lead the team and launch this exciting new restaurant.

The Role

As Venue Manager, you'll take the reins of our
brand-new Burpengary East restaurant
. You'll be the driving force behind the team, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Overseeing daily operations: staffing, inventory, service, and facilities.
  • Driving sales, analysing performance, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Building great relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture based on teamwork, fun, and excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
