Overview

Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Catering Team Leader to manage our restaurant's front-of-house operations. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
  • Provide exemplary customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Oversee cash handling, sales, and daily financial balancing
  • Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with club policies
Experience and Qualifications
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (Qld)
  • Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar venue
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams
