A privately-owned Queensland property group is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to join their team in Brisbane/Gold Coast.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true client-side role where you'll manage projects from early feasibility through to delivery, handover and asset performance. The pipeline includes a mix of industrial, commercial and built-form developments, with significant growth planned over the next 3–5 years.

The Role

Reporting to the Director and CFO, you will oversee the full lifecycle of development, including:

  • Site due diligence, feasibility inputs & early planning
  • Managing design teams, consultants and technical advisors
  • Procurement, tendering and engaging contractors
  • Overseeing construction delivery, programming and budgets
  • Managing variations, reporting, risk and compliance
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to time, cost and quality
  • Working closely with leasing and asset teams (external parties)
  • Delivering projects with a "hands-on" and outcomes-focused approach

About You

You will thrive here if you bring a blend of development knowledge and construction delivery capability. Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Demonstrated end-to-end project delivery
  • Strong understanding of built form, D&C, or industrial projects
  • Ability to interpret plans, coordinate consultants and manage contractors
  • Experience preparing or contributing to feasibilities
  • Exposure to civil/early works packages
  • A QBCC licence (Builder Low/Med/Open or Supervisor) is highly regarded
