Max Pet Supplies Pty Ltd t/a has been in the pet care business for over 10 years and is now extending its product range to Vitamins & Health Supplements for its large customer base via its website

As a full/part-time Pharmacist at Max Pet Supplies Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in developing the vitamin/health supplement product range for our online customers. Based in our Seven Hills, NSW location, you will be responsible for advising on the range of OTC products i.e. Vitamin/Health Supplements etc for online business, offering advice on top sellers, opening accounts with wholesalers and ensuring the safe and effective use of OTC products. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be an integral part of our dedicated healthcare team.

What you'll be doing

  • Dispense over-the-counter products accurately and efficiently

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to customers, addressing their questions and concerns

  • Advise on medication interactions and potential side effects, ensuring the safe and appropriate use of products

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements for OTC products

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement best practices for pharmacy operations

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmaceuticals and legislation

What we're looking for

  • Registered Pharmacist with a valid Pharmacy Board of Australia license

  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a Pharmacist, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, regulations, and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with in-house marketing team, customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
