- **About the Role**:
This pharmacy assistant/ compounding lab position is in a community pharmacy who has a dynamic and contemporary compounding lab with a vision to make a difference in our community so that people are happier, healthier, and feel a family bond with our pharmacy. They strive to deliver only the highest quality services, products, and advice to improve the health and well being of their customers and local community.

A compounding lab technician's duties involve:

- Production of individualised medications in our state of the art laboratory
- Working closely with the pharmacists to check formulas
- Manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Ensure all KPI's are met and strive to exceed them
- Manage stock and ensure all stock levels are up to date
- Work as a team to help one another achieve team goals
- Pharmacy industry experience required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly goal driven and motivated by KPI's
- Experience in fast paced hospitality (or similar role) is desirable
- Ability to problem solve and always look for opportunities to improve

**About the Location**:
This compounding pharmacy is located 11km East of Melbourne CBD where it is green, quiet but with easy access to everything you need, This suburb is a great pick in Melbourne's East. Tree lined streets and stunning period homes offer a welcoming street scape while easy access to trains and trams make it easy to get everywhere you need to be.

**The Offer**:
You will be working full time hours on an attractive hourly rate dependent on experience. The roster will include a Saturday morning shift. Training will be provided

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
