About the business:

Natural Real Estate is based in the beautiful town of Torquay on Victoria's Surf Coast. We have a dynamic team including sales agents, property managers, administration and marketing staff servicing greater Surf Coast and surrounding regions.

The agency commenced in April 2016 under the name One Agency Surf Coast and achieved a number of awards, including International Office of the Year, Boutique Office of the Year Regional, Property Manager of the Year, and our team are often sought-out for regular industry insights.

About the role:

We're on the look out for a positive, client-focussed, driven & experienced individual for this full-time role. Our team is experienced, close-knit and supportive, therefore character, attitude and team fit means everything to us.

Ideally applicants will have 3 years experience, excel at client interaction, be an awesome multi-tasker, have excellent organisational and computer skills and thrive in a challenging role.

To assist our team of valued Property Managers, we have VA assistance in place. Your portfolio will be capped to ensure you have time to nurture your RRP & tenant relationships. We provide motor vehicle allowance and give other bonuses to our brilliant team members including in-house and external training and all the best technology resources.

Ideally the candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Property Manager

  • Customer service focus

  • A positive and glass-half-full attitude

  • High level computer literacy

  • A current VIC Drivers Licence

  • Agent Representative Certificate
