Ezy Group Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Driver / All-Rounder to join our dynamic team in Kempsey, NSW. This hands on, casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is willing to work across multiple areas of the business.

About the Role:

This is not just a driving role; we're after a true all-rounder who's comfortable working across:

  • Truck driving (HR licence minimum required)
  • Yard maintenance
  • Operating equipment such as loaders and excavators
  • Assisting with skip hire operations
  • Assisting with the transport and delivery of potable water
  • Supporting caravan hire logistics and movements
  • Using electronic safety management systems such as Site Docs to ensure compliance and workplace safety

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum HR licence (Heavy Rigid – this is essential)
  • Experience in skip bin hire, liquid transport, or loader/excavator operation is highly desirable
  • Must be a team player with a positive, can do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • A strong commitment to safety and equipment care
