We're searching for a high-quality Retail Store Manager to lead our Campbelltown store. About the Role

We're aiming for an experienced, exceptional salesperson to run our Campbelltown store. This full-time position is available for an immediate start, involving approximately 40 hours per week over 5 days, including most weekends. As a retail business with late-night and seven-day trading, flexible availability is essential.

A generous commission structure is available on top of a competitive salary, rewarding high performers in our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading an experienced and high-performing retail team.
  • Selling to customers and maximising sales opportunities while always providing an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Provide staff training, guidance and develop strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets.
  • Effectively and efficiently handle and solve customer service inquiries.
  • Develop and motivate your team, including role playing and training to develop their sales strategies.
  • Dealing with customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Working collaboratively as a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in Visual Merchandising and store presentation to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

You will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-pressure team sales environment. Your experience, skill set, and qualifications should include:

  • Essential retail sales experience (5+ years), with a demonstrated history of strong retail sales ability (furniture experience will be highly regarded but not essential).
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience using cloud-based retail point-of-sale software.
  • An exceptional customer service provider.
  • Dependability and reliability, with the capacity to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Ability to exceed KPIs and be available to work most weekends..
  • Training, coaching and people management.
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Australian work rights are essential.
