You will be leading the kitchen in one of the busiest pubs in the Normanton area.

We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and cater for functions on our outside deck.

We provide onsite accommodation with air-conditioning, TV, fridge and meals (lunch and dinner) as part of your employment.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and self motivated cook/chef with a minimum of 2 years pub or commercial kitchen experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Right to work in Australia

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Experience in bulk cooking and high-volume service
  • Stock management and ordering experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
