7-day rotating roster
- Evening shifts: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Overnight shifts: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise student accommodation during allocated shifts
- Be a calm, approachable presence for students and apprentices
- Support late check-ins and key distribution
- Monitor safety and wellbeing, especially of underage residents
- Respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies
- Ensure facility guidelines and house rules are upheld
- Record and report any maintenance or behavioural concerns
- Demonstrated maturity, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of care and responsibility for young people
- Basic computer literacy for incident and shift reporting
- Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout overnight hours
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration
- Valid National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certification
