About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Specification Sales Representative to join our QLD Sales team. This role is responsible for generating specifications of ACO's world-class product range across diverse construction projects by engaging with architects, engineers, and other key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project leads to secure ACO product specifications.

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Record and manage project data and client activity using CRM (MS Dynamics).

• Collaborate with Construction Sales and Business Development teams to convert specifications into orders.

• Deliver regular technical presentations

• Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities.

• Utilise Technical Services and BD resources to support specification opportunities.

You are a proactive, self-driven professional with strong communication and technical sales skills. You enjoy influencing key decision-makers, managing relationships, and presenting innovative solutions that deliver project value.
