Job Summary: We are seeking a battle-tested Senior Full Stack Developer to join our league of innovators.

We need a technical champion who is fluent in both the back-end and front-end realms, capable of architecting and building robust, end-to-end solutions.

The ideal candidate has a passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and a proven history of mentoring teams and owning complex projects from concept to deployment

• Wield your full stack mastery (Python/Django and JavaScript) to develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications that feel like magic to our users.
• Own the architecture and deploy formidable, scalable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, building our digital fortresses.
• Lead and collaborate with our cross-functional squads of designers, strategists, and fellow devs to define, design, and launch new, game-changing features.
• Be the chief guardian of performance, quality, and responsiveness for our applications, setting the standard and ensuring they run faster than a speeding bullet.
• Hunt down complex bugs and architect solutions to blast through system-wide bottlenecks.
• Mentor and empower your teammates, championing code quality, organisation, and automation to make our codebase a well-oiled machine.
• Keep your tech-senses sharp, staying ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends to guide our technical strategy and ensure our solutions remain lightyears ahead.

• A minimum of 5+ years of proven, real-world experience building epic, large-scale applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent real-world experience that's just as impressive.
• Deep expertise in a modern front-end framework (e.g., React), your primary energy shield.
• Strong command of Python, Django, and its related frameworks, your trusty Batarangs.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions in the Microsoft Azure universe (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps are your allies).
• Full mastery of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs, connecting worlds.
• Proficiency in Git – keeping all timelines in order.
• Proficiency with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and data modeling.
• Legendary problem-solving skills and a track record of being both a solo hero and an amazing team player.
• Excellent communication skills, every hero needs to articulate their plan.
