The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our ever-growing team, based in Melbourne.

What your day looks like

  • Conducting the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained to the highest level according to our company standards.
  • Providing timely and professional customer service to our guests.
  • Maintain the cleanness of your workspace and equipment.
  • Work with cleaning chemicals and equipment where necessary to provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • And Compliance with all OH&S regulations as required and applicable.
  • Gerni usage (floors, walls etc);
  • Vacuuming/mopping/sweeping.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager.

To be successful you'll need.

  • Previous Housekeeping Attendant experience within a hotel/apartment setting would be highly regarded.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety.
  • A friendly customer service demeanour, and a keen eye for detail
  • Task management. Will demonstrate a can-do
  • Efficient time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Genuine commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working within a diverse team, and autonomously.
  • Responsible and flexible approach to work, must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key

Pay: From $24.98 per hour
