About the Opportunity
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
o Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs.
o Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
o Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care
o Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans
o Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager
o Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
o Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
o Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable
o Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work
o Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
o Strong passion for working with the elderly
Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check
