The Role

As a Strata Team Assistant, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative environment where no two days look the same. You'll work closely with senior team members, supporting them in the smooth delivery of client services while building your own skills and knowledge along the way. This role is designed to give you broad exposure across administration, communication, and client service, while also offering the chance to be guided by leaders who want to see you succeed.

It's an opportunity to step into a professional setting where you'll gain hands-on experience, confidence working with different stakeholders, and a strong foundation in organisational and people skills. Whether you're coming from an administrative background or seeking your first step into property and strata, this role gives you the structure, mentoring and growth pathway to take your career forward.

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for property, strata and people
  • Experience in admin/support (strata or real estate exposure is a plus)
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and written communication
  • A proactive, curious mindset - keen to learn, ask questions and improve
  • Confidence with Microsoft 365 and the ability to pick up new systems (strata software experience welcomed)
