As a P&C Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle—from developing position descriptions and managing approval workflows, to coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You'll ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new employees, while maintaining compliance, accurate HRIS (SuccessFactors) data, and supporting policy and process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Position description development
  • Approval workflows and advertisement of roles
  • Coordination of candidate shortlisting, screening, and interview administration.
  • Ensuring credentialing and onboarding processes are completed.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees, including the delivery of offer letters, new start packs, and induction programs.
  • Provide guidance to employees on employment-related matters, such as leave entitlements and enterprise agreement interpretation.
  • HRIS (SuccessFactors) and Data Management
  • Compliance and Policy Development
  • Offboarding and Workforce Transition
  • Process Improvement and Project Support

  • Relevant Human Resources Management Certificate or Degree desireable

  • Effective follow up processes/ self-management
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality due to knowledge of sensitive information.
