The Role:

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and customer growth
  • Build audience segments and use our CDP (Amperity) for precision targeting and remarketing
  • Manage Google Merchant Centre and optimise product feeds for Shopping performance
  • Partner with brand and ecommerce teams to align campaign execution with trade calendars and customer journey improvements
  • Deliver actionable reporting and insights via GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards
  • Test and iterate on creative, copy, placements, and formats for continuous performance gains
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices
  • Stay across industry trends and platform changes to keep performance efforts future-focused
What we are looking for:
  • 3–5 years' hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns in ecommerce or retail
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopping feeds
  • Experience managing six-figure budgets across acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and digital performance KPIs
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering ROAS and efficiency improvements
  • Collaborative and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Passion for digital performance marketing, customer behaviour, and driving results
