**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a **Digital Marketing Specialist**, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to drive the success of our campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. From ideating exciting new digital strategies to overseeing impactful campaigns and delivering engaging content, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer experience and driving business growth. The role encompasses website content, EDM, CRM and paid media channels. If you love working in a fast-paced, creative environment where you can make an impact, this role is for you

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead in delivering projects that encompass all touchpoints of the customer journey, collaborating with the cross functional team, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Develop monthly digital marketing ideas based on market trends and previous campaign performance.
- Build and manage trade plans, driving continuous improvement through past learnings.
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive best practice through testing programs, continuous website improvement and ways of working.
- Collaborate with media partners to brief and manage assets for paid media channels.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports on eDMs, web content and paid media to derive key insights that enhance future campaigns.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field, plus experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and a results-driven approach to your work.
- Confident communicator, highly adaptable, with excellent time management skills.
- A collaborative team player who loves working in a fast-paced, agile environment and influencing key stakeholders.
