Your new role

This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes across the company's mostly commercial projects, ensuring every installation meets the organisation's exacting standards for precision and client satisfaction. Working closely with project managers, builders, and site teams, the Window and Door Installer will oversee the on-site installation of aluminium window and door systems, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with design specifications. The role is client-facing, requiring strong communication skills and professionalism to represent the business positively on-site. As part of a close-knit, supportive team, this position contributes directly to the company's reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and seamless project delivery. What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience installing aluminium windows and doors, ideally within commercial projects
• Strong understanding of on-site safety procedures and installation standards
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and measure with precision
• Confident liaising with builders, project managers, and clients in a professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges on-site
• Manual driver's licence preferred with ability to operate manual vehicles
• MR truck and forklift licences desirable but not essential
• Commitment to maintaining the company's high standards and positive team culture
