Study First Group is committed to providing exceptional support to international students navigating their academic journeys. We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Student Support Specialist to enhance our team and deliver outstanding customer service to our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive support to international students, addressing academic, administrative, and personal needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and empathetic support.
  • Assist students in doubts or enquiries related to their visa process, even when this has been finalised.
  • Organize and facilitate orientation at any time.
  • Serve as a liaison between students and agents, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Track student progress and provide guidance and resources to enhance their overall experience.
  • Handle complaints, manage refunds, and tolerate frustration while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in student support or customer service.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and empathy.
