About the role

As an Offensive Security Analyst, you will support the delivery of offensive security engagements, working closely with senior consultants and clients to identify vulnerabilities and improve security postures. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical skills and a passion for ethical hacking, who is looking to grow their expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment. At a high level, the role will undertake the following:

  • Technical Execution
    : Assisting in the delivery of offensive security engagements such as penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and red teaming under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Tooling & Research
    : Supporting the development and enhancement of offensive security tools, scripts, and methodologies to improve testing capabilities
  • Client Support
    : Collaborating with clients to understand their environments and provide clear, actionable findings and recommendations
  • Team Collaboration
    : Working closely with team members to share knowledge, contribute to internal projects, and continuously improve service delivery
  • Quality Assurance
    : Ensuring that all deliverables meet internal quality standards and contribute to client satisfaction.

Experience and Knowledge

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or a related cybersecurity role
  • Familiarity with common offensive security tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, etc.) and techniques
  • Understanding of web application, infrastructure, and/or mobile application security testing
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and stay current with emerging threats and technologies
  • Industry certifications such as OSCP, eJPT, PNPT, or similar are highly regarded but not mandatory.
