About the Role
As a Banking Consultant in our Australia Branch Network, you'll play a key role in helping to providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.
You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Role Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday: 09:00 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.75 hours 
Tuesday: Not Rostered 
Wednesday: Not Rostered 
Thursday: 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours 
Friday: 09:00 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.75 hours 
Saturday: Not Rostered 
Sunday: Not Rostered 
Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 20.00 hours
What will your day look like?
As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions,
 - Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience,
 - Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value,
 - Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives,
 - Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and
 - Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
 
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage,
 - Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage,
 - Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity,
 - Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment,
 - Sound understanding of compliance, and
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
