The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of brands, crafting organic content strategies that resonate, create impact, and drive measurable results.

You'll take ownership from strategy through execution — ideating content concepts, managing creators and timelines, overseeing posting schedules, and optimising performance along the way. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who's equal parts creative and organised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social strategies tailored to each client.
  • Conceptualise and oversee production of short-form video content.
  • Write engaging copy and curate visually appealing feeds.
  • Schedule and manage social calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Monitor performance and leverage insights to refine content.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional work.
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years' experience in a professional social media or content role.
  • Proven experience in short-form content creation (TikTok, Reels).
  • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and social trends.
  • Ability to write engaging, on-brand copy and captions.
  • A keen visual eye and understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping.
  • Solid organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence in managing clients and coordinating creative workflows.
