We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to
support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. From recruitment and
onboarding to people-focused projects and initiatives, you'll play a key role
in strengthening our culture and supporting our workforce.
What your day will look like:
As our Human Resources Officer, you'll be hands-on across a wide range
of HR activities, including:
- Supporting Leaders through the Employee Lifecycle processes.
- Administration of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction
processes. - Administration of staff movements processes.
- Support HR operations with administration, reporting, and record
management. - Contribute to equity, diversity and inclusion, recognition, and
culture-building initiatives. - Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate awareness and celebration events that connect and engage our
people.

We are looking for someone with:
- An understanding of HR policies, practices and confidentiality
requirements. - High level administration skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Practical experience in building relationships and a proven track record
as a team player. - Great written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to
adapt your style to different audiences. - A 'can-do' attitude, who is organised, can adapt and problem solve.
- The
ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment with
competing demands.
