Your Role

Join a technology division that delivers resilient, innovative solutions at scale. In this role, youll shape the Windows experience for over 17,000 staff across Australia, New Zealand, and Vietnam , as well as our partners via VDI. Your purpose is to understand evolving business needs and deliver the right technology productsat the right time, place, and price.

Youll drive our uplift to Modern Windows Management, develop strategies that anticipate industry trends, and ensure products are cost-competitive and feature-rich. Acting as the key link between business and technology, youll manage expectations, oversee operations, and guide your team toward solutions that align with strategic goals.

Beyond your core responsibilities, youll support leadership of the End User Technology teamcoaching, setting goals, managing workload, and fostering an Agile delivery culture. About You

• 6+ years experience and knowledge of IT technology and infrastructure
• Capability to create and author Business Plans, Strategy Documents and Road Maps
• Experience in writing policy and procedure documentation
• Experience in the effective management of teams (line management not essential)
• Well-developed coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and completes them with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to competently lead response to critical system failures
• Working Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes
• A good understanding of contract management
• A good understanding of financial management principles
• Proven experience in delivering to SLAs
• Ability to appreciate the business value of assigned tasks and to independently steer a course, adjusting the tasks if necessary to achieve the outcome
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in dealing with and managing IT industry vendors
• Agile knowledge and experience
• The drive to run your portfolio like it was your own business .
