The Role

This role bridges technical expertise with commercial communication, ensuring our documentation is compliant, consistent, and valuable to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role will report to the General Manager and will receive a very competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities

Create digital and print content including spec sheets, user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance instructions

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all documentation

Support Quality Assurance through accurate and consistent documentation

Provide marketing and business teams with technically credible content

Collaborate with the product development, procurement, marketing, and sales teams to introduce new or updated products.

Core Competencies (successful candidate should have):

Preferably a degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related experience as a Technical Writer in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial product design.

An ability to create or process product line drawings is advantageous.

Should be able to provide examples of previous content.

Should possess an understanding of commercial washroom products and manufacturing processes or be willing to learn.
