My Local Dentists Burwood is looking for an independent and personable leader to steer our Burwood clinic

Located on top of a busy medical practice in the heart of Burwood we are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality dentistry for patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on building trust and supporting the local community. There is also a potential opportunity to buy into the clinic.

As part of our group, you'll benefit from a collaborative culture, ongoing CPD opportunities, and regular team events that foster both professional and personal growth. For those seeking further development, we also offer access to our Clinician Development Program, which provides mentorship and skill-building with the support of experienced practitioners if required .

Our practice is fully digital and equipped with modern facilities, including Adec chairs, Praktika (cloud-based PMS), OPG and Lat Ceph imaging, a digital scanner, and PSP digital X-rays.

About You
  • At least 2 year of experience in private practice
  • Strong clinical abilities with a commitment to patient-centred care
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with patients of all backgrounds
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional development
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team
  • Keen to grow within a supportive and welcoming environment
Remuneration
  • Competitive percentage-based remuneration (36–40%), depending on experience
