Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Specialist Consultant, based in Truganina VIC, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Specialist Consultant will be responsible for evaluating client needs, recommending suitable equipment solutions, providing training and support to clients and carers, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in special needs equipment. Additionally, this role requires the creation of detailed reports and documentation, as well as coordination with internal teams to ensure optimal client service.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of special needs equipment and its applications
  • Exceptional customer service and client relation skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to conduct assessments and provide tailored equipment recommendations
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed reports and documentation
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field preferred
