We're looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Canberra team. If you're a driven professional who's ready to step up, lead people, and work closely with clients who genuinely value your advice, this could be your perfect next move.

About the role

We are looking for a leader who combines sharp technical expertise with outstanding communication skills and a genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues grow. This is a role where you'll:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
  • Lead, mentor and grow a team of talented, motivated accountants.
  • Drive advisory and business improvement conversations, not just compliance.
  • Contribute to the growth and direction of the firm.
  • Build long term client relationships through regular meetings and open, clear communication.

About you

  • You are CA qualified (or equivalent), with solid experience in business services or advisory.
  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years of total experience in business services or advisory.
  • You hold CA qualification or CPA Australia as an acceptable equivalent.
  • You have a proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships (2+ years minimum in a leadership role).
  • You possess strong technical skills, but you're also commercially minded and solutions-focused.
  • You are someone who thrives in a progressive environment, showing strong time management and analytical skills while also having the confidence to lead a team and inspire junior staff.
  • You must have Australian work rights as sponsorship is not available for this position.
