  • Brings solid experience in early childhood education - confidently supporting daily routines and creating engaging learning experiences.

As an Assistant Educator, you'll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. You'll build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

Sparrow Early Learning Ellenbrook North is set in a welcoming community, our purpose-built centre offers five spacious learning studios. What you'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Proven Educator Assistant experience and a great energy
  • Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm availability required
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
  • Experience with Storypark is a bonus
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
