With 125 stores across Australia and New Zealand, our Support Office team of 50+ plays a vital role in driving our success and now, we're looking for a friendly, driven Customer Service Officer to help us continue delivering the exceptional service we're known for. About You

We're seeking someone with:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience (retail preferred).
  • A hands-on, retail-savvy mindset with a passion for helping customers.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal) and active listening.
  • A proactive, resilient attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise.
  • A team player mentality but also the confidence to work autonomously.
  • Emotional intelligence and a growth mindset—open to feedback and learning.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster as needed.

About the Role

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the voice of Shaver Shop, delivering top-tier service across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include:

Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Bazaar Voice).

Managing online orders from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Liaising with stores, couriers (AusPost, etc.), and resolving customer complaints.

Processing returns/refunds and assisting with product enquiries.

Supporting stores with web orders and tracking customer trends for business improvements.

Monitoring delivery performance and ensuring seamless order fulfilment.
