The Company
Our client is a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small to mid-sized businesses with managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, VoIP, and automation services. They're on the lookout for a Senior Level 3 Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and wants to help shape the future of automation, security, and IT support.
Responsibilities
  • Owning technical escalations and advanced troubleshooting for diverse client environments.
  • Managing and configuring Microsoft 365, including Teams Voice, Intune, and Security Center.
  • Working with Microsoft 365 add-ons like CheckPoint, SkyKick, and Inforcer.
  • Leading network setups using Unifi switches, APs, and firewalls.
  • Monitoring threats using Huntress SIEM and coordinating incident responses.
  • Managing and learning 3CX VoIP, with full training provided.
  • Building automation workflows with Rewst and Pia to eliminate repetitive tasks.
  • Developing AI Agents for smarter ticket handling and client interactions.
 
Skills
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in senior technical support roles.
  • Microsoft 365 mastery (Teams Voice, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Security).
  • Experience with RMM tools and scripting for automation.
  • Confidence with Unifi network architecture and deployment.
  • Exposure to SIEM solutions (Huntress preferred).
  • VoIP experience (3CX or similar – training will be provided if needed).
  • Experience in the MSP industry and managing multiple clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
