Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Specialist, located in Canberra with opportunities for remote work. The Solutions Specialist will be responsible for analysing business needs, providing consulting services, communicating with clients, delivering customer service, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include assisting clients with software-related inquiries, offering solutions to enhance user experience, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Consulting and Customer Service skills to provide support and solve client issues effectively
  • Sales skills to support business development and client acquisition efforts
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
