Graphic Designer and Social Content Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for a graphic designer who's confident in their craft with an interest in social media content creation. You'll work alongside our Creative Director across a mix of client projects, from creating social content and marketing material to rolling out full brand identities. Some days will be at our relaxed Mooloolaba office, along with some work from home flexibility.

This is a great fit for a designer who's proactive, collaborative and happy chatting with clients or printers.
If you're keen on part-time work but still want to be hands-on, committed and proud of what you deliver, this could be your next role.
You don't need to be the loudest voice in the room, just confident in what you do and keen to learn and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing across brand, digital and print
  • Creating a variety of social media content, including reels
  • Bringing brand and design concepts to life from brief
  • Working closely with the Creative Director on creative concepts and campaigns
  • Communicating with clients or suppliers in a friendly, professional way

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2+ years experience in graphic design or a similar role
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • A natural attention to detail and care for your craft
  • Good time management and the ability to stick to deadlines
  • Comfortable with client communication (via email, phone or in person)
  • An understanding of content creation for socials or digital marketing (bonus)
  • A friendly, curious mindset and willingness to learn
