Are you a creative designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for bringing brands to life through digital and print? The Ever Glow Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team and help shape the creative identity of our three brands: The Straightening Salon, EVEKO, and Glow Up Beverages.

This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaboration, and is eager to see their work make an impact across multiple industries.


About the Role

As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality visual content that supports our marketing campaigns and digital channels. From social media assets and digital ads to packaging, photography, EDMs, and website visuals, you'll ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand identity.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Content Creator (and Social Media Coordinator - currently hiring for this role) to deliver creative that drives engagement, supports campaign strategy, and communicates our story effectively.


What You'll Do
  • Develop visually compelling designs for social media, digital ads, email newsletters, websites, and print materials.
  • Design packaging and promotional materials that align with each brand's aesthetic.
  • Support campaign execution with timely, on-brand creative assets (including EDMs, landing pages, and website visuals).
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualise, and execute design projects.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative, ensuring visuals reflect our standards and guidelines.
  • Assist with creative direction, shoot styling, and preparation for in-house and external campaigns.
  • Capture and edit photography and short-form video content to support campaigns and storytelling.
  • Support external advertising and wholesale initiatives with tailored design materials.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience in photography and photo editing, with the ability to deliver polished visuals.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing design requirements (EDMs, social platforms, responsive content).
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented designer who thrives in collaboration and adapts to evolving needs.
