Position Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer at The Prince Group will be responsible for driving the creative execution of brand design across the Group's diverse portfolio. Operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, this individual will ensure brand integrity and creative excellence across a wide range of visual outputs, from digital to print, packaging to presentations, internal comms to new venture launches.
This is a highly autonomous and collaborative role, requiring a multi-skilled designer who is comfortable designing across multiple ventures, working with various internal stakeholders, managing brand guidelines, and delivering creative assets that align with each brand's vision. This person will uphold creative standards while balancing practicality, scale, and adaptability in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
They will lead the creation, refinement, and governance of visual assets across the organisation, ensuring consistency and cohesion in brand expression across campaigns, channels, and touchpoints. In addition, they will play a critical role in developing new concepts and visual systems for emerging brands and major initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems across ventures.
- Design and produce a wide variety of creative assets including but not limited to: digital content, social media, packaging, presentations, reports, signage, marketing materials, internal documents, and brand collateral.
- Conceptualise and execute design for major initiatives, campaigns, and new brand development.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality, impactful visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and leadership teams to deliver consistent, on-brand creative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different ventures and timelines.
- Liaise with external partners including printers, agencies, and freelancers to ensure quality and timely delivery of outputs.
- Uphold brand quality and consistency by reviewing and refining internal and external design work.
- Contribute to creative direction across the organisation and support design needs for both long-term and short-notice projects.
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar or senior-level graphic design role.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative range, technical ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
