Established in 1983, CEA is an Australian company that designs, develops, manufactures and sustains advanced active phased array radar systems. We collaborate with Defence to develop highly modular and scalable products that have become integral to a broad range of critical Defence capabilities.
The Position
This role provides internal support services and delivers employee benefits on a daily basis. The role is highly visible and vital to employee engagement. You will have contact with people from all areas and levels of the business as well as external visitors and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain conference rooms in a ready presentation state to support internal/external meetings and events.
- Replenish tea, coffee, sugar and administrative forms in all kitchens and break rooms.
- Assist with ordering, restocking, stocktake and organisation of stationery resources and staff amenities
- Assist with ordering, collection and set-up of events and equivalent staff meetings. Including ordering catering and resources as required
- Provide backup to the Receptionist as required.
- Undertake photocopying, filing and other administrative tasks as directed.
About You
- Highly developed customer relations skills.
- A high level of initiative and professionalism with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent English language skills and professional phone manner.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A demonstrated resilience, flexibility, and ability to prioritise tasks.
- The ability to work unsupervised and be proactive in resolving time/resource issues.
- Physically able to carry medium weight items on a daily basis (coffee pots, fruit bowls etc.)
- Hold a current Drivers License.
Eligibility
- An Australian Citizen;
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance – Negative Vetting 1.
