Position Overview
As the Manager Corporate Affairs and Market Insights, you will lead Intium's market intelligence, client engagement, and performance management functions while enhancing and promoting the organisation's corporate image. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in shaping Intium's presence in the evolving energy landscape. You will be responsible for delivering measurable outcomes across clients and markets strategy, brand stewardship, marketing, stakeholder management, and corporate affairs—including government relations. Your work will ensure Intium's reputation is consistently presented and well managed both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct client and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the energy transition sector
- Manage performance reporting frameworks to measure market engagement, client satisfaction, and campaign effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government, industry, partners, and customers
- Oversee marketing functions including branding, sponsorships, graphic design, and community initiatives
- Develop and lead corporate affairs strategies including government relations, public relations, and media engagement

You are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and have a proven ability to influence and deliver outcomes that align with organisational objectives.

- Strong leadership and accountability skills with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
- Superior research and analytical capabilities to inform strategy and decision-making
- Excellent communication, influencing, and political acumen
- Professional expertise in branding, marketing, sponsorships, and public relations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and resources in a complex environment
- Commercial acumen and risk management capability
- Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or demonstrated capability through relevant experience and/or qualifications
Desired Experience
- Proven leadership in corporate marketing, client, or markets functions
- Extensive experience in research-driven strategy development and performance reporting
- Demonstrated success in managing corporate affairs, including government and stakeholder engagement
- Experience embedding analytics into client and market functions
- Leadership experience in building and motivating high-performing teams
- Background in utilities, renewable energy, storage, or sustainable infrastructure sectors
