The One Food Republic is a growing hospitality group operating multiple restaurant Venues including Kamikaze Teppanyaki, Superwok and Bam Bam Korean Fried Chicken & Beer.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and experience Wait Staff, Bartenders, and Food Service Supervisors to join our energetic team and help us continue delivering memorable dining experiences.

Available Positions:

1. Wait Staff

As a front-of-house team member, you'll be the face of our restaurant. You'll provide attentive and friendly service, maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensure our guests feel well cared for from the moment they arrived.

Key Responsibilities:

• Great and seat customers with warmth and professionalism
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver meals and drinks in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Assist in setting up and packing down shifts

2. Bartender

As a bartender, you'll bring energy, precision and creativity to the bar. You'll be crafting cocktails, pouring beers, and engaging customers with exceptional service and product knowledge.(Required proven experience as a bartender).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to cutomers
• Have a deep understanding of mixology
• Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines (RSA)

3. Floor Supervisor

You'll support the management team in leading the FOH operations. Your role includes motivating team members, overseeing customer experience, handling floor service, and helping with training and shift management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support FOH Staff during service
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage floor flow, reservations, and customer issues as they arise
• Assist with Staff Training and development

• A true hospitality professional with minimum of 1-2 years' experience in quality or high-volume establishement
• A positive personality and excellent communication skills
• A customer-focused mindset and great attention to detail
• Reliability and strong team spirit
• Professional presentation and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced eviroment
• Availability to work at least 1 weekend day
• Up-to-date RSA ( required for bartenders and supervisory roles)
