About your new role?

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Efficiently pick and prepare orders for delivery and customer pickups using RF scanners.
  • Restock shelves and maintain well-organised pick faces.
  • Assist with receiving and dispatching stock as needed.
  • Safely operate forklifts and trolleys, following systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing AAD.

What will make you successful?

  • Forklift license is preferred, or you are willing to obtain.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, ensuring respectful, top-notch service for everyone.
  • Self-motivated with a good work ethic – able to work both solo and within a team.
  • Physically fit and able to lift products safely when needed.
