About The Role
As a Warehouse Operator, you'll manage stock flow, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure efficient warehouse processes. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Sales Orders through the warehouse process to Ready to Invoice stage
  • Picking, shipping, and receipting stock with shifting priorities based on customer needs
  • Investigating stock discrepancies with finance and procurement teams
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders and assisting with stock movements
  • Supporting rental operations, including cleaning returned rental radios
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
  • Assisting with training new warehouse staff
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and SOP development

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in warehouse, stock handling, or store person roles preferred
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a bonus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
