We are currently looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Care Squared team.

About the Role: As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide education and support to NDIS participants and families, including evidence-based assessments and interventions. You will work autonomously, as well as within a multidisciplinary team, to ensure our participants achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate education and support services to NDIS participants

Collaborate with other health professionals and NDIS-related entities

Provide high-quality, timely reports that meet participant and stakeholder needs

Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing

Regularly update stakeholders on participant progress

Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders

Traineeship opportunities available

About You: You are compassionate, conscientious, and possess strong communication and time management skills. You are ready to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding support.

Essential Criteria:

Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (or eligibility to register)

Experience working with individuals with disabilities

Passion for supporting diverse clients and their families

Completion of NDIS mandatory orientation module

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check

Valid Australian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle

Registration with PRODA as a Behavior support Practitioner required

Desirable Criteria:

BCBA or Behaviour Technician registration

Experience in clinical settings working with individuals with disabilities

Familiarity with the NDIS framework and processes
